I'm getting back on the tracking bandwagon because I am a ball of nerves going to weigh in because I have no clue as to how many points I am eating. I'm sick of getting worked up about it for nothing so I'm using my diary tracker again starting TODAY!

B: egg beaters w/ cheese & bacon, 5 pts
S: nutrigrain bar
S2: 1/2 cup strawberries - i had no clue it was 1:00 - no wonder i needed snack #2
L: Ham sandwich - 4 pts
S: WW choc cake - 1 pt
D: Is it wrong if I have a no fat snickers mocha at my knitting group at the coffee shop? For dinner?

I'm such a weirdo!  I don't work out for a week for various reasons and can hardly stand to look at myself in the mirror.  I go to the gym yesterday, come home, and think "Hey, I look pretty good!" .  Now, unless my treadmill is a Magic Treadmill that makes you lose weight instantly, I looked exactly the same both before and after my gym visit.  Ergo, weirdo!

B:  2 pieces whole wheat toast w/ ff cottage cheese and pepper, coffee

S:  banana, yogurt

L:  1 soy corndog, cucumber, crystal light, asparagus

D:  whole wheat spaghetti w/homemade vegetable sauce, steamed broccoli

E:  1.5 mile walk

L: soup and salad

D: salad

E: None. Getting a massage instead. Yay!

Most likely, I will work in some sort of ice cream, too. It's that kind of day.
