I'm in search of a quilt to use during spring/summer. Currently I live in a studio and have a red velvet couch, so they should go together.

Here's one from Urban Outfitters:


There are some beautiful Amish quilts out there, but they're so much more expensive. It's hard to justify dropping around $400 or more on a quilt, at least at this stage in my life! Thoughts on the one above?

I like it!  I was thinking of that or one of the other thinner blankets at UO for spring.  I saw this one IRL and I like the plain square pattern with the different materials...I think it would be a nice change.  I can't remember if the back is plain or had a floral design, but you could always flip it for a change too.

Oh good, since you saw it IRL that's reassuring! It does look pretty in the picture, but I was afraid some of the colors would be too much in person (like the orange lace). Thanks!
