Opinions on Bebe dress sizing
Permalink Closed

I was planning to purchase this dress from Bebe, but I wanted to try it on first because I'm technically limiting my shopping and I really don't want to deal with returns. Unfortunately, it turns out none of the stores in my area have it (I went to two last night).

I really like it, so I think I may order online, but I'm not sure on sizing. I don't want it to be too tight because I think it might look cheap/like a prostitute dress if it was tight. The medium is shown for measurements 37-39, 28-30, and 39-40 (a range for each measurement). My measurements are 38-29-36. Will the medium be loose enough not to look icky? Too loose?

Also, if anyone thinks this dress will always look cheap, please say so!

TIA!

ETA: It has stretch.

I think the dress is really cute. Not sure what size you normally wear, but the measurements sound perfect- not too tight, not too loose. I do find Bebe can run really small though... esp. if you have boobs.

Hmm I am not sure about this particular dress, but bebe does run smaller. Could you call customer service and inquire about this particular dress??
