Back on the bandwagon this week!  I hate HORRIBLY all weekend and am currently up two pounds.  Sooooooooooooo....not good.


B:  Kashi Heart to Heart, OJ


S:  Black tea, Captains Wafers, a few dried apricots


L:  Turkey pita, Crystal Light, 100 calorie pack pretzels


S:  Yogurt, banana


D:  ?


E:  Walk.  I did squats and calf raises at lunch too.

s: tea, honey wheat pretzels


d: grilled flank steak w/chimchuri (sp?) sauce, brown rice, black beans, string beans or side salad

I didn't go to the gym once last week.  We did go for walks every evening, but apparently that's not good enough!  My bicepts are sore from thrifting yesterday, if that counts !


B:  Raisin/date/walnut oatmeal, coffee


S:  Yogurt, banana


L:  4 Spinach/ricotta puffs, carrots, crystal light


S:  Apple, f/f cottage cheese


D:  Baked tilapia, asparagus, brown rice, 2 pieces dark chocolate


E:  30 min modified HIIT workout, free weights, abs, lunges

Finally back on track!

Snack: nutrigrain bar


Lunch: lentil soup and v8


Snack: tall 1/2 the syrup, NF, no whip white mocha


Dinner: small portion of leftover mexican food (yummmmmm)
