I'm in the same boat -- I just sent something back to them over a week ago and have been wondering how long it should take.

Two to three weeks on a return. I've actually had a few go four weeks though when they were really sucking last fall. I've noticed a solid two weeks lately to see the credit show up on my CC.

Also, I advise everyone to do exchanges by phone in the future. When I did that once I found they were only processing it five weeks after I returned it and by that time the item had sold out in my requested size. If you exchange by phone you will be charged for the item (until they process the return), but you will be waived the shipping fee.

Just wanted to let you know that I returned something to anthro about a week and a half ago and I just got an email indicating they had received it and had credited my account. Maybe they have stepped things up a bit in their returns/exchanges department.
