i dunno- it kinda looks like the dress they featured in lucky this month.  they had a black tee under it with black leggings... it looked hot in lucky and this dress looks really similiar!!  i may have to copy!

depending on how it fits, i think it might be really cute! Might want to take the hem up a bit though- it hard to tell the length, but I think that may be whats giving the old lady vibe....
