Erin - I was 5 days late - at the time I was miserable - but actually in the end I think it paid off - the baby slept better earlier because she was actually almost a week older than she really was (does this make any sense??)

she's already working on being fashionably late!


good luck with everything.  my best friend was induced over the winter with her first child and it wasn't bad at all (easy for me to say, right?) - so if it comes to that, don't worry!

Poor Erin!  Baby Tacoooooooooooooooo!  Ollie ollie oxenfreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!


There are lots of home remedy type things you can try to get the show on the road - acupuncture/acupressure actually has pretty good success rates, if you're into that kind of stuff.  Hang in there - at least you know that sometime in the next two weeks you'll be holding your baby!

After my water broke, they had to induce contractions...it was not fun, but after the epidural I was happy...I hope that "taco" comes out soon!!

I hope you don't have to have an induction, it may not work, then you're looking at a C-section.
