Actually, they run a little big for me. I'm always a 7.5 and I bought the 7.5's and they're actually a tad bit too big. That was the only pair that I could find, so I stuck insoles in them, and they're fine now. If you're in between a size, I'd go w/the smaller size. HTH!

i have a narrow foot and normally wear an 8.5 in everything, but these were so big on me that i needed to size down to an 8. and even then there is still some slipping, so i have to use a foot insert. so i would definitely not size up. if your foot is on the wider side then they should be tts for you, but you may need to size down if you have a narrow foot.
