Nina Griscom is a stylish, attractive, not to mention affluent, woman. So why did she wear this old wrinkley denim jacket at the Winter Ball at the Frick Museum? Surely she has a couple of old fur jackets, or maybe a Dior wrap, hanging in her closet.

All I can think is she didn't get the message that the theme was "Tango and Tapas," not "Denim and Diamonds--or pearls."
