I don't watch One Tree Hill, and I don't know much about Chad Michael Murray or Sophia Bush - but this just seems wrong.  First, he cheats on her right after they get married and now he's marrying an 18 year old Extra on the show?  What a creep and I feel bad for Sophia Bush

Another perk of working on the set of One Tree Hill? There's a good chance Chad Michael Murray will propose to you.


Murray, 24, is set to tie the knot for a second time with a cheerleading extra on his WB series, 18-year-old Kenzie Dalton, People reports. It'll presumably be the first marriage for Dalton.


No details on the would-be hitching were made available, though People quotes an unnamed source close to the couple denying rumors of a pregnancy. Murray and Dalton have reportedly been dating since December.


The new pairing, though, could make things more than a little awkward around the watercooler.


After being engaged for a little less than a year, Murray took his first trip down the aisle in April 2005 with then-soulmate and fellow One Tree Hill star Sophia Bush, 23. They tied the knot in a lavish oceanside ceremony in front of family, friends and costars.


But the camera-ready couple didn't last long. The WB poster children announced a separation just five months later, amid rumors, never confirmed, of Murray's infidelity.


"I am saddened to announce that Sophia and I are separating," Murray said at the time. "This is a very difficult time for me."


Bush echoed the sentiments, saying, "This is a difficult and unfortunate situation. I am glad this is being resolved sooner rather than later."


In February, Bush filed for an annulment, citing "fraud" as the reason for wanting to strike marriage number one from the record books.


"Sophia went into the marriage believing in the sanctity of marriage," an unnamed friend of the actress told People last October, "and Chad simply did not share that vision."


While the ex-couple is still contracted to get smoochy onscreen, offscreen Bush seems to have found a new partner.


The actress has recently been linked with The Day After Tomorrow star Austin Nichols.

how FUNNY - as soon as i saw the title of this post, i somehow knew it was about chad michael murray!  i heard this morning about how he's engaged to the 17 - oh wait - she just turned 18 - year old extra from the set of his EX WIFE.


i can't believe he was cheating on sophia from the time they were engaged until she walked out, 5 months into their marriage, when during the entirety of their dating and engagement, she was quoted saying things like "cheating is an absolute dealbreaker for me." and "once a cheater, always a cheater."


good for her, he's probably going to screw over his new girl too, and this one with a baby.


 


it makes me sad, b/c i really like that show, and i hope it doesn't end up being discontinued b/c sophia and chad can't work together.  they're in love on the show, she's an amazing actress to be able to portray that with all the things she must be feeling inside!

ugh what a skeeze. I hear that he cheated on Sophia with a certain blonde "celebutante" while filming a certain bad horror movie togeather.

I just think these Hollywood people are so STUPID. Why they insist on getting married after knowing someone for a few months? Then there are the ones who end up dating whomever they're starring in a movie with, and then move on to the next person at the next movie set. Doesn't the idea of marriage mean anything to them?

Okay, I've got that out of my system now.




P.S. I did not mean this to offend anyone who married their SO after knowing them shortly. It's just that celebrities don't have luck in that department.

I used to think he was cute, back in the day when he was on dawson's creek for a short time. But now i think he is total sleaze. Anyways, I totally respect Sophia for not putting up with his behavior. Plus she does have wonderful acting skills because on the show they really truly look like they are in love.

I cannot stand him! I saw that Making of House of Wax thing on MTV and I kept yelling at the TV cuz he is so full of himself it drove me crazy! He was leaning back on his chair like he was the sh*t and speaking in an annoying cocky voice.  There was this part that I guess he burned his finger on wax and he was hollering at the crew to stop filming cuz he was being such baby about it and didn't want them to air his nervous breakdown.  He's such an ass.  I get all worked up thinking about it


And I agree, Sophia has wonderful acting skills on 1 Tree Hill, cuz they really truly look like they are in love.

Gross.  Just gross.  He needs to get rid of the child molester mustache too, because it's not helping him.  But I guess the fact that he's now engaged to a just-turned-18-year-old makes the child molester mustache justified in some respects.
