That's right, $40.50.

Even with a code from Lucky...it's still exorbitant. But where else will I find Thai Tea body wash?!

hmmm, I don't know.If it is something you will realy love is say go for it. As long as you can afford to waste that kind of money right now and don't need the $40 for something else.

welllllllllllllllll

i don't know what your $$ situation is, but what i'm thinking is you could spend 25% and of that and still get something pretty nice, plus a cute tee from urban or delias...

but if thai tea is what you really want, and you've got the $ for it, well ... it's your $!

If you have the money and you want it then go for it.

personally, for me, yes.  but i feel guilty paying almost $20 for 3 in 1s when i have liked some of the scents of sauve and other drugstore brands.

your shower gel might be someone else's daily starbucks trips.  if it makes you happy, do it.

If you can afford it right now, then I say go for it.

Now I'll think of Lilykind the next time I drink Thai tea LOL

Lilykind, that's too much.  You can find something very similar, if not almost identical for about half the price, probably less.

It's nice to indulge yourself with something like this once in a while. I say yes. I wouldn't buy it every time I needed body wash, but maybe like once or twice a year as a gift to myself when I had some extra money to spend. Body wash is one of the things I am least willing to spend $$ on because it makes the least different to my overall appearance.

I personally couldn't do it.  I'm sure it's nice stuff and smells awesome, but for $16 you could get a just-as-good-smelling Philosophy 3-in-1 and then treat yourself to something else with the remaining money.

But if it's something keeping you up at night, then go for it.

hey...i love thai tea so i decided to do some research...here's what i came up with:

1. 12oz is actually quite a bit. bath and body works shower gel is only 10oz so you are getting more than what is expected.

2. if you have smelled this irl and you know you like it then there isn't much risk.

3. nybeautysecrets.com has it for $38, not that much of a difference but it helps a teeny bit.

4. beauty.com has the thai tea as well, which is in partner with drugstore.com so you might be able to find a coupon for this store. drugstore.com also has pretty good gift with purchase type stuff so you might be able to make your $40.50 even more worthwhile.

hope that helps your decision!

I tried...I really did. I spent a good hour googling Thai Tea body washes to see if I could find anything. I have been obsessed with Thai Tea since I was 7. That was one of my favorite reasons for going to Buddhist temples when I was little (I'm Thai and was raised Buddhist)

I'm so embarrassed because I know it's WAY too much...beautyhabit's code which I think is for 25% off would still make it $30. That's still ridiculously exorbitant in my book. I stopped buying 3-in-1s because I thought it was getting to be too much and put a $10 moratorium on body washes as a whole.

I shouldn't get it...and I probably won't, at least not right now. Maybe later as a reward for something.

Ugh. How nice it would be to not have to worry about money.

I agree Lilykind- probably too much for body wash but I would keep looking for beauty coupons or maybe even check ebay every now and then.
