The idea is not bad...I wear jacket/full skirt combos all the time and love the look. However, I think the jacket is too boxy and I don't love the idea of the skirt's ethnic batik-y style print on such a stiff silhouette. I feel that the print doesn't lend itself to stiffer/more formal looks. JMO.

I like the skirt a lot.  For the jacket, I like the color but not the cut.  Overall, it needs assessories.
