detroit - they have a website, but you can't order online unfortunately. they have a slew of stores in michigan (one in dearborn - which i think is near you?)

here's their website

the dress is a steal at 24.99, but if you don't feel like hauling out to get it, here is the link on alloy (it's 36 there). huzzah.

Prissy wrote: White House Black Market    For a bridal tea (it has white polka dots on it) Prissy I'm so jealous you got this.  I tried it on sat and it looked like a sack bag on me - way too long and too big (of course they didn't have anything below a size 6 there which might have made a difference in a smaller size).  If you don't mind me asking aren't you a tad on the short side too?  Are you getting it hemmed or leaving it on the longer side?  It was a good 3 or 4 inches past my knees.  I was going to wear it to a wedding in June (in Nola) but I am now looking for something else.  Did you try on the strapless black aline dress (from the cover of the march catalogue)? I didn't see it at the store i was in Sat.

I find all there stuff runs a little big but this dress is really big. I typically wear a size 4/6 at most places and I got a 0 in this dress.  I am short, lucky me.  Blah!  I'm 5'1 and it hits me right below my knee.  It looks so cute on.  I plan on wearing it with pink shoes and accessories.  They other dress I got is a size 2.  I purchased them both from Lakeside.  That store has a lot of stock.  However, the dress on the cover they only had 3 left and none in my size (1 size 4 and 2 size 14).

Elle, I love key necklaces!! I have been trying to find the perfect one for a while, they are normally all to big on me. I think i am going to make my own though, I bought an old key at an antique flea market. But I really like the one you bought.

Thanks!  I was going to make one too, but ended up getting this one for about $1.50 US from an Australian seller on ebay.  They have tons of cute stuff - the seller is hugs1n1kisses, if anyone else is interested .

Did they have a black one? Or any other colors? I'm hell on white things - I also spill or fall or some random splatch of green paint falls out of the sky. Weird stuff like that.

very cute

Yeah! There's a charlotte russe in the poorly named "manhattan mall."

Boo! If I weren't on a shopping ban (I did serious damage to my Barney's card at the warehouse sale and Intermix sale last month) I'd check out the dress after work.
