Forever 21 is very hit and miss. I have some great pieces from there, but more often than not don't buy the stuff I try on. Some stuff looks really cheap, while some items look more expensive than they are.

If you have one nearby its worth trying them not. If you are ordering online keep in mind you may receive an item that isn't as nice as it looks online.

I have some stuff from there that has lasted for years. Personally, it's held up better than almost anything from Gap, which always falls apart on me. I usually only buy natural fabrics, though, and check all the seams/stitching carefully before buying. A lot of stuff I see instore looks or feels cheap, or is poorly sewn, but usually if I am careful, I get some good stuff. HTH!

I went in the Union Square store on Saturday evening to kill some time, and i was impressed by the quantity and style of the clothes, but disappointed that so much of it looked disposable. I like the affordability of their clothes, but I think I'd have to spend a lot of time to find something I'd wear more than once and that would survive a couple of rounds in the washing machine.

i actually went yesterday, and bought some really cute things. they have gotten so much better over the years.

I use to hit up F21 all the time, then I stopped, but they do have some cute things, and for the most part, all the things I gotten from there have held up pretty good.
