these Sigerson Morrison shoes

These are currently on sale at Zappos. I admit, I am partly tempted just so I could own a pair of Sigerson Morrisons, but I actually do like them. Any opinions on this pair, and Sigerson Morrison in general?

I have a pair of Belle by Sigerson shoes...the quality may be a bit less than Sigerson proper...


This may be me because I have wide feet and size up for width...but I can't get my feet to stay in their slingbacks. I have to get the straps shortened a lot (strappy strips aren't thick enough to help). Otherwise, I find them to be a bit uncomfy anyways and the padding to be utterly insufficent. I would be happy to deal with these problems though, as I find their shoes aesthetically pleasing.


I am very envious as I've seen the same shoes on gypsyfreak in TS and they look perfect on her and like they stay put.


Also, sizing has been inconsistent IME. The pair of shoes I am referring to is a 7.5. I tried on a pair of strappy sandals the past weekend and would've need ther 8.5 to not have the straps dig into my feet. I am NEVER an 8.5.
