Blue Cult jeans?
Permalink Closed

I am in search of a new pair of jeans, and was thinking of ordering some Blue Cult online. I've never worn these before, and should probably just go try them on in person. But, I wanted to post here and see if anyone wanted to share the opinions on the brand, how they tend to run, etc. TIA!

I don't have any, but I have tried them on, and IMO they run about a size smaller than other brands.

They run one size small, and fit girls who are slimmer or have more boyish figures. They do a good job of creating curves.

agreed that they run small. i have a pair of the buttlifters and they are okay (not my favorites, but i do wear them)...the rise feel slightly higher than a lot of my other jeans.

Hmm, maybe these aren't a good idea for me after all. I don't have a boyish figure and tend to have a bit of a booty. Thanks for the help!

i couldn't get the largest size up past my knees. :( so they are definitely not for people with thicker thighs and a booty.

have you tried salt works? i order some from bluefly a few months ago and they fit perfectly - they're my favorite jeans now. i tried a few other styles at bloomies and they also fit, so it seems like they are a more forgiving brand if you have a bit more junk in the trunk (not that you do, silly!). i've also had good luck with joe's "lover" jeans.

smash, thanks for the recommendation! i ended up getting a pair of joe's in the "muse" style. (bloomingdale's is having a secret sale right now and that's where i got them, if you're in need of anything.) you might like those too -- they are a little higher waisted with a wider leg. next time i'll go for salt works.

The Joe's Muse are great...I tried them on and really liked them.

Yeah, I'm really happy with them, Lilykind. They may be the best fitting jeans I've gotten in a couple years.
