I'm without transportation until I get the master cyclinder replaced on the car...but I'm desperate for this dress for summer events.  And it's sold out online. 


From Forever 21...I would need a small.

They didn't have the blue & white combo at my F21, just the brown & green.  It was really cute IRL though!  Be warned that it's quite short - it would have been mid-thigh on me, and I'm only 5'2" or so ....

i checked the f21 by my house and didn't see it. i will look at the f21 in herald square b/c i know i saw it on the model, but can't remember if i saw it on the sales floor. fwiw it's a really great dress. i have it in green and love it.
