Mara, do you have an H&M near you? I got a really cute pair there last week (a very thin navy and white stripe). I can't remember how much they were, but def. less than $30.

even though these aren't true sailor pants...the bottons are in a slighty different place (over the pocket instead of on the sides), they are awesome. i have a hard time not wearing them everyday. they are perfectly slouchy and the length is just right as well. drew also has a pair...you can see them on her in the threadstyle posts. the color is a sorta purply navy color. anthro calls it ink and it looks awesome with so many fun spring colors.

If you are between sizes I reccommend sizing up, as Sitwell tends to run small -just in case you aren't familiar.  HTH
