OMG before I make any suggestions, can I please just say, "WTH" is up with the model? Her hair makes my eyes hurtl, and what's going on with her lip?

I think the necklace she's wearing is too busy with that dress, and the matchy shoes make me shudder.

Okay, end of rant.

I love red, black, and white, so my first thought is some red pumps - round or pointed toe - and maybe a teal purse (or you could do red purse / teal pumps). A nice emerald green would be hot with that dress, too.

For jewelry - I'd do something bigger / chunkier than what the model is wearing, to balance out the visual "pop" of the print. Again, probably in a bold color. Coral beads would look great with that. Otherwise you could do a slightly oversized earring - hoops, with maybe a bold colored bead dangle. Something a little more substantial than the hoops she has on, but the diameter looks about right.

I think it's a very cute dress.
