Does anyone have any good tips for me? I used to be just fine first thing in the morning, but these days I am so tired when I wake up, it is as though I can't function. My son wakes up EARLY and so do I...but it seems no matter what time I go to bed, I am still exhausted all the time.
It has gotten to the point where coffee does nothing for me. :(
Anyone have some tips on getting me up and moving once again? Please???
coffee and vitamins work for me. also, maybe just going outside for a minute or two (yeah, probably the last thing you want to do, but the fresh air might wake you up). one other thing that might work is to shower in the morning to help wake you up, or just even wash your face.

Thanks you two...but I already do all those things...I have never stopped taking prenatals since I was pregnant because I can't function at all without them...and I take a shower first thing and then run the garbage out each morning. :(
I'm thinking of trying Olive Essential Oil. Anyone use this? It's supposed to boost your energy.
I know if I chug a couple glasses of water it works for me. Dehydration could be a factor. You don't realize that your body really needs water. I always feel like I wake up and feel so much better after I drink some water.
well, sweetie, is it stress? since you seem to be doing all the *right* things to try and wake yourself up it's probably something else. are you sleeping well enough at night that you are actually getting good sleep? it could be that stress is keeping you from getting good deep sleep so you are going to be tired all day no matter what you do.
