I'm thinking it wont matter. I think it will just be up to you on which you are more comfortable with. I prefer camis because they make my shoulders less bulky, but you may prefer them because they provide more coverage. Personally, I think you should just try them both on (get a package of hanes beaters and use a skin colored cami you already have) and see which you prefer. That is what I usually do.

i think they would both work. it just depends on how your feeling at the moment if you want spaghetti straps or thicker straps.

Personally, I don't like the top under to be too noticeable, so I would go for something with more coverage like the beater, or I would choose a nude cami that wouldn't be seen at all. Just my preference though.
