BR price adjustment?
Permalink Closed

Is BR like Nordies in that they only give a price adjustment when they have the same size and color as what you bought in stock?  I recently purchased a top and a pair of pants that are now on sale but they no longer have the size/color I purchased.  Can I still call for a price adjustment?  TIA!

Also, I'm not sure if everyone knows but there's a lot of new stuff on sale at BR.

Nope.

Here's how it works...

You buy an item, within14 days the item goes on sale, you take the receipt into any BR store and they scan the barcode on the receipt.  The adjustment is made and they credit you back the differnce in the form of payment you used to make the purchase.  Meaning, cash if it were a cash/check purchase and Credit Card if it were a Credit Card purchase.  They may not even have the item in the store, doesn't matter - the codes on the receipt take care of everything!

HTH!

Great, thanks!  I called because I ordered the items online and $55 was just credited to my account!
