The heel height is perfect; I'm going to have to get used to my heel slipping a teensy bit, since I'm not used to a ribbon tie for an ankle strap

I got them from shoes.com, $59.99, free shipping Not sure if the free shipping only applies when you sign up for an account though....And they use UPS to deliver, so pretty decent delivery.

I walked around in them while cleaning my house a bit and they were fairly comfy; I'll give you full details when I actually wear them out of the house though

I'd say yes. I'm roughly a 5/5.5 these days and I got the 5's in these. My toes are almost all the way to the ends of the toe, but they're not uncomfortable. I probably would have been fine with the 5.5 too.
