I think she had some other work done, too. She looks a bit swollen and like she got an eye job. I'm not certain, of course, but she looks like she's two weeks out of the plastic surgery bin.

i noticed the same thing.  i thought she got a little excited drinking orange soda and spilled some out the the sides of her mouth.  seriously, what is that?
