Navy Skirt from AE - I have been searching everywhere for a casual skirt like this - that can also be dressed up.  I like an elastic waist on my summer skirts for some reason - they feel more casual, I guess.

I liked it on the website but when I went to try it on it was a little too long for me.  On me (I'm 5'6") it was a little lower than mid calf and I was looking for something that was at or right below the knee so I passed.
