So this lady who trained me to be a fitness insructor has helped me a lot this year. She's responded to all my e-mails with questions about fitness, made workout cds for me for my classes and now she let me borrow her AFAA book for a month to study for an exam.  She even met with me to go over stuff before I took the test. So now I want to send her a thank you card for being so helpful this year. Should I send her some kind of gift too? If so, what? TIA.

How about a gift certificate to a restaurant or a local health food store?  I also think that just flowers and a card would be appropriate.
