I'm seriously going to flip a shit if I hear Carrie Underwood's "Jesus take the wheel" one more time. I listen to country radio and I swear everytime I turn on the radio it's on. GAHH! What songs do you loathe right now?

I think right now "My Humps" by the Black Eyed Peas takes the cake for me. Actually, anything by them does. I love music with interesting lyrics and all of their songs are just so classless and irritating to me.

Ditto to "My Humps."  I LOATHE that song.

I also can't stand that new Eminem song "Shake That."  The song isn't too annoying in and of itself, but I just can't believe they're allowed to air that song on the radio--the lyrics are ridiculous.

LOL...Before I even opened the thread I was thinking anything by the Black Eyed Peas.  I can't stand them.  I don't even listen to a radio station that would play them.  They are always being played in stores and I see their songs in commercials so much.

I agree I don't care too much for the Carrie Underwood song. Another country song I hate to hear come on the radio is "honky tonk badonkadonk" ughh. Last time I heard it- it stuck in my head for 3 days. I hope it doesn't stick again just from mentioning it here.....

Songs I will immediately change the station if I hear:

Ne-Yo, So Sick (of love songs)

Eminem, Shake That

I also don't like any of the Kelly Clarkson songs except Walk Away.

I'm tired of listening to:

Pussycat Dolls, Don't Cha

i am with you both.  i hate that song.  i also am hating  that song by the pussy cat dolls, i'm gonna stickwichu, or what ever it is called.  that is just the most romantic thing i have ever heard.  "i can't find anyone better so i'm gonna stickwichu".

For me, the most annoying one is that "I'm in Love with a Stripper" song. Geez, I guess people are running out of better things to sing about! And also, all the recent Kelly Clarkson songs that are overplayed on the radio.

another vote for the pussycat dolls - I don't know what it's called, but it's the one with "hahahahaha" in it. Ugh. I wish they would go away and never come back. Oh, I also hate "I'm in Love With a Stripper," but I forget who sings that one.

halleybird: it's called Beep and it features will.i.am of everyone's favorite Black Eyed Peas.

For me, I hate most of the songs mentioned. I also hate anything Chris Brown sings and Hilary Duff's Beat of my Heart.

I'll second the "Stickwithyou" song-I hate it!  I also have to add "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt or whatever his name is.  Everytime and I mean EVERYtime that video comes on my 4 year-old says, "Why is that man taking his shirt off?'.

I also have a real problem with songs like "My Humps" and "Hollaback Girl"  and, going a back a bit, "Milkshake" which are very catchy (and ANNOYING),  because my toddlers LOVE to sing these songs.  I get in the car and they start saying, "I wanna listen to "MY UMPS"!"  It is awful!

I don't intentionally expose them to these vulgar songs but I do have an 11 year-old so it is hard to keep them from hearing this crap.

i can't STAND green day's "holiday" or most songs by them.  it's been WAYYYYYYYYYYY over-played.

that's it because i RARELY listen to the radio.

It's a great album and all, but I'm tired of it already because I hear it EVERYWHERE!!!  The "Your Beautiful" song gets stuck in my head too and while it's a pretty song the first few times you hear it, it gets old.

All of the above.

The worst offenders are N Luv With a Stripper and Beep.  I can't believe this stuff appeals to the masses and that people are getting rich off this shit.

"Hot in herrre" by Nelly. I know that's not even on the radio anymore, but my mother has it on her ITunes playlist and I have to hear it all the time. I think that is pretty much the most annoying song ever made. Whenever I hear it, I want to smash the speakers with a hammer.

LOL! My sister teaches kindergarten, and they have these word associations like "A is for Alligator, etc." B is supposed to be for "bananas" -- as soon as she said it, her class of 5-year-olds yelled back "B-A-N-A-N-A-S!"

I have to say I can't hate on a song that encourages good spelling.
