I was thinking of doing it myself, but I didn't know if they had stiched the bottoms sot keep them from fraying anymore. My sewing machine broke that

I have always thought they had crappy CS, but at Christmas I order a bunch of stuff. When I checked my order status I was told my package was already delivered, but I did not have my order. I called Delias and they pretty much told me to suck it and it was not their problem. I had to deal w/ the shipper. I never ended getting my order and it took me almost 2 months to get my money refunded.

I hate them.
