I'm running out of moisturizer so I thought I'd finally try hope in a jar.

And I got the sweet sugar fragrance for free with the code "lucky".

I broke one of my fashion rules and bought this 1 piece swimsuit. It's super flattering and sexy. I have a ridiculously long torso and this fits great... no pulling at all. Oh, and mine is in black.

Missmee... I think this is the same or very similar style as the suit you bought since both are La Blanca. Since I love the black, I think I may order the mint too (and it's like 1/4 of the price!)

In army green and Dark Pink

2 in Black, I wear these under everything.

I also bought the following items from H&M:

A pair of red flip flops

Teal Flip Flops

Black tie head band

Sheer blue v-neck sweater

Brown Linen shirt dress with a braided tie around the waist

Kelly Green fitted trench coat- the store right near my house didn't have my size so I asked them to call the store that was 25minutes away.  They had and they said they would hold it for me until close on Sunday.  I wasn't gonna go b/c it was already 8:40 and I didn't think I would make it before closing.  I made it and the coat was supposed to be 30% off but he charged me the full price on my credit card, when he put the refund back on my card he only put on the sale price, he didn't want to go through the hassle of refunding the extra few dollars and then charging me again so I paid 30% of the retail price.  I am very excited right now!

Shopping ban is finally over but I am slowly returning to the stores... I needed a new formal gown to wear to a black tie wedding in may.

Found on my first scouting trip a grecian inspired gown at lord and taylor by oleg cassini. Will post pics later.

I went to Macys, Urban Outfitters, H&M, Gap, DSW, and Barnes and Noble and the only thing I ended up buying was makeup!  I'm ready for spring but it's still so cold here I can't get motivated to buy spring clothes and I don't want more winter stuff!

Decided to give Perscriptives makeup a try again since their colors are always right on for my skin tone:

Some clinique so that I could get the Macy's bonus...ugh I need out of my shopping slump!

did some damage with the boyfriend today...

Grail Tee from boutique downtown- was on sale and I ended up getting it for $50!  so excited about that one!  the boyfriend got some A pocket jeans, a Ben Sherman buttondown and Penguin polo for himself.

and then we went to a cute shoe boutique and i found these:

and i found these faryl robin boots for 1/2 off.  i usually dont' do flats- but these were so adorable and my boyfriend was estatic that i found some flats that i liked.

i also ended up getting 2 lace camis from Nordstroms and of course, as most of you know- i bought the JS loub knock-offs in black and the Michael by Michael Kors sandals friday to ward off my depression that day.

all in all- i would say this was a successful shopping weekend for myself.  i haven't had one of those in a loooooooooooong time!

I really like it and I'm hoping it's not one of those trendy pieces I'll be afraid to wear in a year. I just love onyx!

bought a super overpriced candle holder from anthro- $58 and just clear rock.  Love it though, so whatever.  It looks like lit-within icy mountain when lighted. and i bought an amazing layering tank there- it is Splendid.  it was ribbed and super soft and long and the rib was a different pattern than normal.  that is all- tried shopping at new tj's in nyc- horrible!! i wonder if it will ever slow down.  i tried to shop more- i want sand colored havaianas (nyc girls- where has the best stock of havaianas in nyc??) but couldnt find that color- and wanted to go to APC in soho to try on a pair of jeans, but didn't feel like it.  I hate shopping on the weekends!!!  i am way too lazy.

I think I'm suffering from the same problem yesterday there were just so many people everywhere and long lines for dressing rooms, totaly discouraged me!

I have a bachellorette party to go to at the beginning of next month and realized I have like ZERO going out tops, so I got this on sale from Anthro:

byways blouse

I'm thinking brown pants or a brown skirt to wear with it.

Bex - I love the Faryl Robin boots.  Great find and I'm glad you took the risk on flats!  Post 'em in Stylethread when you get a chance.

I've been wanting these jeans for a while and I got nervous because they sold out most places.  Adasa let me pre-order for their next shipment.  Hopefully, they'll fit.  I have a hard time buying jeans online.

Also bought:

Travota trench - This was a big splurge, but I think I'll be able to wear it for years and years.

This has been my biggest shopping weekends in a long time, I probably will have a money freak out and not buy anything until July, but I'm still looking for a great brown handbag.
