am i the only nerd who's excited for American Inventor?  on the up side....it's something my bf probably won't suffer through (he was not a fan of project runway), on the down side....it's on at the same time as the O.C.

no you're not the only one! I'll be watching it shortly - looks good! BUT I'm going to have to move to the TV in the basement because my name is Earl and the office will be tivo'ed while it's on... why do they have to put all the good shows on at the same time? (I know why, but still - it sucks.)

We watched this and it was really good. I think the kid with the dog air conditioner thing was good. I hope he comes up with something later. I really felt sorry for the lady who had dropped all that money into her "beddie pouch" only to be told it already exsisted.

I only watched the first hour since the O.C was on.  The crafty eating dome globes is not really an invention of any type, but something that would sell.  It's really the same as a gingerbread house kit but with a plastic cover.
