Do you use or have you ever used a property management company to manage your rental property?
If so I would like to hear your experiences, both good and bad.
Is the fee they charge worth it?

we manage ours by ourselves----it is so easy to rent b/c of the location and not too much goes wrong but if it does, we have people lined up to work on the issues---electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
