So, just out of curiousity I have been stalking ebay for these shoes.



(I'm not really buying since Lilykind saved the day and picked me up a pair at Nordstrom. I'm just praying that they fit now.)


But I have been watching these auctions go up and up and up. Keep in mind, they retail for $79.


One pair this morning sold for $148 and another has a BIN option at $155, not to mention $18-20 shipping charges!!!!!


Can you believe this?! I think it is just crazy. They are hot shoes and all but I don't think I'm prepared to pay twice what they are worth!


How much would you pay for these? Could anyone justify these prices? I'm very curious to hear what you girls have to say... Have all the stores confirmed they aren't carrying this shoe anymore?

I am officially regretting not buying them for myself last Saturday. I called nordies today to pre-oder and the SA was such a biotch and said there was no way that I'd be able to get a pair before May. Grrrrr.


BTW, Jocey, I sent them in the mail today...worst comes to worst, you could make a gigantic profit on them.

Thanks for this update, I have the Steven version and hate them after wearing them for 10 minutes in the house (can we say pain??) I was going to return them but I am going to ebay them instead. Never ebayed before though!

Yikes!  I would never pay more than the retail value for any shoes.  The thing for me is that there are ALWAYS going to be more cute shoes.  If I don't get the pair I'm in love w/ this week, I'm going to be in love with another pair next week.
