Thank you for your email. I just wanted to let you know that after further review of your order history, we have reconsidered you as a customer. I am an online shopper as well and I know how tricky it can be to find clothes that fit correctly. Feel free, in the future, to contact our Customer Service Representatives for more detailed information about designers that might helpful to you when making a decision. If needed, we can contact our Fulfillment Center for exact measurements.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you should have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
ok, nice that they write back. but if they understand about fit issues and whatnot, and can provide exact measurements why the heck don't they save everyone the aggravation and just put them in the descriptions?!
So Mara, does that mean that you can now order stuff from them freely? Really, that is such a stupid policy for an online store to have. I hope they realize that and stop punishing their customers.
Wow, I still think their response is rude. They have "reconsidered" you as a customer? That line rubs we wrong. Now you should feel privledged to be able to spend your hard earned money with them?
A better response would have been for them to apologize and say they were wrong. Also, a coupon or gift certificate for a future order would have a been appropriate. That way they could have EARNED you back as a customer!

I agree completely. Err, thanks for reconsidering and deciding to take my money... Remember the MONEY IS ALWAYS WORTH MORE THAN THE CLOTHES. They act like they are doing you a favor, but they were wrong in the first place. How arrogant of a reply.
