I made this for dinner tonight. It's my own recipe. And so yummy, and took about 20 minutes total

  • 1 loaf French Bread

  • 1 or 2 big tomatoes

  •  Brie Cheese

  • Gargonzola Cheese (crumbled)

  • Mushrooms (any kind, sliced)

  • Olive Oil

  • Pepper, Oregano, Basil

Cut the bread into thick pieces. Drizzle olive oil over each piece. Bake (I popped them into the toaster) until dark brown and crunchy. Slice the mushrooms and fry with olive oil, basil, and oregano until brown. Cut tomatoes into thin slices and fry for a few minutes until they get warm. Put mushrooms onto sliced baked oiled bread, adding the tomatoes on top of the mushrooms. Slice the Brie Cheese and put on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle Gargonzola cheese on top of that, and pepper lightly. Done!

This sounds really good.  I bet you could bake it in the oven for like 5 or 10 minutes (on 350 maybe) so that the cheese melts.  Yum!
