I was so sad to see Tony die!! And I loved Michelle too. Bleh. All my favorites are going away. Thank goodness for Jack and Chloe. I hate Audrey. I wish she would have died instead. Did you hear the rumor that's floating around that they might move CTU to another city without Jack next season? Ugh. I wouldn't like a 24 without Jack.

I felt depressed when the show ended last night. I *loved* Tony. I cared about him dying more than Michelle. Why couldn't the show just leave Tony and Michelle out of it and let them have a happy-ever-after ending?

I was also so sad to see Edgar go. Seeing his face and then Chloe's right before he died - it breaks my heart!

Why do they keep killing off so many of the main characters? Like for original people, all we have left is Jack and Kim! Right?? Jack's wife, Palmer, Sherry, Nina, Jamey, Tony, Michelle, George Mason - they're all gone! Are they just going for the shock value? Ok, we get it! We know you aren't afraid to kill off main characters! Now stop, or people won't feel quite as invested in the show!

I agree with you asf – it was so disturbing to watch Lynn and that other guy die. It was hard to watch.

Oh, and if they ever take Jack out of 24, I won't watch it. It wouldn't be the same.

noooooo! i hadn't heard that, but i wouldn't like 24 without jack either. i wouldn't watch. unless of course they got, say, wentworth miller to be the new guy.

i'm so excited for prison break to start back up next week - i now know what i'm doing every monday night between now and may - prison break and 24! pathetic, aren't i?

Oh, Kim's bf was creeeeeepy. Whatever happened to the guy she left season 2 or 3 with? The guy who also worked at CTU with Jack?

Chase Edmunds - apparently after Jack "died", Kim fell into a depression and her and Chase broke up. I have a feeling that Chase will be back though.

hmmmm...interesting. I bet something is up with Kim's bf then. There HAS to be a reason why he is so creepy and weird. I keep thinking that somehow all these people didn't die, and that they will somehow come back. I loved President Palmer...:(

I bawled my eyes out when Samwise died. I don't know why.

What was the explanation behind Chase leaving Kim? She said something vague about him not being able to "handle it" or something. I wonder what happened to his kid? Her new bf is super-creepy. I like the way the writers handled her reunion, though; it was much more realistic than a "Daddy, I missed you so much" scene. I like to see Jack deal with the real-world consequences of his job.

i was bummed when tony died, but i kind of felt like his tenure was up. i really wish the writers would find a way to kill kim bauer instead of characters that are actually likeable.

HB, I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who cries over this show. Sometimes I feel like such a baby when I'm sitting there wiping my eyes and my bf's giving me this weird but sympathetic look.

This show is intense!

I agree with ALL of this! Enough with the deaths already!

I agree. I was hoping Audrey would bite it. I find her character annoying and totally useless, and she has no chemistry with Kiefer whatsoever IMO.

I just saw this last night because it's the only thing on that we like Mondays & we watched the new Harry Potter instead....but here are my thoughts.

I am in complete denial about Edgar. I keep thinking he's not really dead.

This is the first season I watched so I didn't know most of the characters that ya'll referenced getting killed off. It's sad because I'm about to start with season 1 & I'll know who goes. I guess my point is that I didn't really care about Tony dying because he's new to me.

I'm glad they killed off the hobbitt. I hated his character. I loved it when the guard said "so we are all going to die because you were embarrassed?" And I completely lost it when he was talking to his little girl & she was asking if he'd come wake her up when he got home. TERRIBLE.

I guess I'm the only one that doesn't think the doctor/ bf is creepy. Kim did ask about her ex so although I know nothing of that story line, I figured he'd be back in the picture or they wouldn't have even brought it up.

OMG, I was in tears last week over Edgar, then this...

I was not to phazed over the hobbit although the twitching was morbid, but the CTU guy talking to his kid got me.

I am still on the fence about Tony. Is he REALLy dead? Is Jack going to be able to save him?

And I just loved Kim Bauer telling Jack that she wanted nothing more to do with him cause everytime she got involved bad things happened to her. Hmmm, like being kidnapped, etc. each season? Hell I'd run too if I was his kid!
