ladies who are in the process of buying your first home or those who have recently bought a house, do you have any recommendations of books or websites where i can read up on this (so that i can learn what equity, mortagage insurance, etc. means)?  what have you all used to educate yourself?

OMG you have to visit www.fha.com !  They have some good, though slightly simplistic, info on home buying and they work with lenders to help first timers.  Most lending sites have a general info section, too.


Hmmm, maybe about.com would have something good?
