Shirt(s) Too Big
Permalink Closed

I usually wear a medium, I'm not very top-heavy, but man - seems like the past few shirts I've worn have been a medium, and are too big. Could I maybe shrink them, or what? Most of these shirt are colored, maybe have white, so washing them in hot water really isn't an option.

Well you could always have them altered  I do this quite a bit.

Yeah, I thought about that too; how much does it cost?

Depends on what parts need to be altered, the material, and the style of the shirt.  Shortening the sleeve or the hem is easy, taking in the sides is usually really doable as well.  But if they're too big in the shoulders, it may or may not be able to be fixed and it would probably be a little more expensive.
