I'm having trouble remembering all the details but here goes...

- that kid ended up never being able to play hockey again because having an open wound in a gross hockey glove caused him to get an infection so he damaged his hand really bad

- Shepherd operated on the the woman with the anuryism and was successful

- Grey told Shepherd about sleeping with George and he told her to keep apologizing until he listened to her

- Shepherd went home and told Addison that he was sorry and that he recognizes that he was wrong in their marriage too and that he was trying to work on not being distant etc.

- Grey tried to apologize to George and he still wouldn't listen to her

I think that's all in the last little bit... sorry if I repeated stuff that you already saw or if I missed stuff. And as for next week, basically it looks like there's going to be a lot of patients that die; and Denny, that patient Izzie is with all the time, might die too (that's what they led you to believe). But yeah, pretty much just a whole bunch of deaths... I was watching it with the BF and he was like, "Oh, that looks really uplifiting..." haha

Yesterday's episode had me laughing so hard!  The woman with the fork in her neck--that whole story cracked me up as they were explaining it.  I mean, really!!!

Yeah, and that kid that played hockey--that was disgusting.  He cut off his own finger so he could play (which he did and played well, I guess) and brought them the finger on ice so they could stitch it back on, but the dirty glove gave him a staph infection so they said he'll probably never regain full movement in his hand again.  Poor dumb kid.

I really liked that Derek apologized to Addison.  And Addison grows on me more and more.  I felt so sorry for her when she was just lapping up the attention that guy was giving her and when she went in the room after the man's wife delivered the baby and he hardly paid any attention to her--I totally felt for her there.    Part of me wonders if the writers are going to make the two of them work afterall...
