I am looking for a swim suit this summer to go to the beach w/ my family- whole entire freakin family. Grandparents are going to be there, so I want something with a little more coverage.


I was looking at a suit from J. Crew, but the bottoms do not look flattering to me. Has anyone tried them on and liked them? I have gotten suits from J.Crew before, but never this style of bottom. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Hey RyanJ, I just bought a bunch of suimsuits from JCrew, including the boyshorts you posted in 2 colors (pink and blue) and then a different style of boyshort w/ ruching at the sides, in chocolate brown. I agree that they don't look that flattering in the pic, but they're super cute on! No weird wrinkles anywhere and they don't ride up where they shouldn't.

Thanks Christine! The bottoms with the ruching where the shorts I orignally wanted, but I didn't seem them on the site. Now I realize that I didn't scroll down far enough. I will probably get a couple of each, so I don't have to put on a wet suit. Thanks again!
