Group Travel in Europe

My husband and I want to travel Europe this fall, and we'd like to do it through an organized group tour.  Has anyone used any of the group travel companies like STA travel or Insight Vacations?  Or maybe other recommendations that I haven't heard of?  I'd love to do a group tour with people our age (mid-twenties to mid-thirties), but I'm not too picky!  I'd just really like to see Europe without worrying about getting lost or being alone in a city where no one speaks English!

I went to Italy with Trafalgar tours and it was great.

I know maat has looked into group travel and she went on one last year or the year before and had a great time so check with her.
