Hey, getting your jeans to zip up is half the battle!  Plus, who needs to breathe if you look hot???  Breathing's overrated.

B:  Kashi Go Lean w/ Strawberries, OJ

S: Persimmon and white tea

L:  Turkey wrap, strawberries and pineapple

S:  Yogurt

D:  Kabobs with steak, zucchini, portabellos as well as couscous (my fave!) with toasted almonds and dried cranberries

E:  I went for a 30 minute walk today after work.

SO TRUE! The funny thing is that they are my "old" favorite jeans & I'm not even sure I still like them! HA!

I've found that I don't necessarily need to exercise everyday to lose weight, I just need to get out and do something, even if that something is going to the grocery store and the library.  So that's my new focus - gym 2-3 days a week, get out of the house daily .

B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee

S:  Yogurt, tea

L:  2 burritos (FF refried beans, black beans, and FF sour cream), diet dr. pepper

S:  Apple, tea, carrots

D:  Tofu stirfry, brown rice

ILoveChoo - You have to tell us how it goes. I've always been interested in it but I don't eat that much meat so I wasn't sure if I could do away with some of my breads and pastas...

B: 2 slices light, wheat bread (1 point); 2 tablespoons whipped pb (3 points)

L: sweet onion teriyaki sub from subway (7 points); baked lays (2 points)

D: Either a veggie burger (4 points) with fries (4 points) or nachos (7 points)

Drinking: 2 beers/glasses of wine tonight - yay!!

E: none b/c I'm lazy. And I have this rule about Thursdays that only makes sense in my mind. So I'll be digging into Flex Points. So what? I'll make that sacrifice for the alcohol. Yes, the alcohol.

hermione- core is the new "no counting" plan

laken- this will be my second week on it. I was really worried about the whole "eating until satisfied" thing too, but haven't really had a probelm at all! The foods are really filling, and since I am afraid of gaining its pretty easy to stop at the right point. I also think they did a great job at identifying foods that are good and satisfying but don't trigger a binge. seriously, I'm loving not being a slave to points and being able to have an afternoon snack if I get hungry instead of worrying about not having points later!

blubirde- I've had rice or pasta for dinner every night this week! Lunches are a little togher without bread, but if i really wanted it I suppose I could use FPs- I'm using a few for the pita tonight

We do free night on Tues my weigh in night - usually pizza. And I have been known to give up a second helping in lieu of wine. Sometimes it just makes sense!

B:  egg beaters, spinach and goat cheese on light english muffin

L:  maggianos we ordered family style and a tried a little bit of everything

D:  going out to dinner so probably not so good

E:  none because I'm going out to dinner.  I think I'll order a salad of some sort.

Going out to dinner has pretty much ruined my plan to eat healthy and exercise today.
