And I am a pig :(


I have been soooo good with my weight and being careful (but not too careful!) the past year especially, but I have put on 7 pounds in one month. 


I know exactly why, too, it's because I'm eating like crap!


Example - Saturday night I had a philly sandwich w/ pasta salad


Sunday - huggggeeee brunch and half of my friend's plate


Monday - pizza for lunch, fuddruckers (YUM) for dinner


Tuesday - taco bell at 10:30 pm!  and normally i just get one taco but i got taco AND nachos this time


today - going out for dinner to the home of the best steak sandwich in dallas :(  can't not do it


plus i've been drinking sodas all the time - we keep them in the fridge here at the office and i can't ask them to not keep cokes (what i drink) in there b/c one other lady here likes them and we should have them in case a client wants one.  :(  plus one of my friends (guy A) keeps his fridge stocked with the coldest cokes ever (a weakness)


anyway, i'm feeling disgusting.  at least my clothes mostly still fit, but I was hoping to actually lose some weight the past couple of weeks b/c i might see new guy (B) next week.

girl, i feel you!!!  sometimes i am amazed at the amount of food that I consume.  At least you are brave enough to write it out.  I'm too scared.

hey hermoine.  I am with you.  I'm aurora and I've gained 5 pounds last month and its my fault too.  the good thing is we are both realizing before it gets worse and can do something about it.  I started last night when I got up off the couch at 9:30 and worked out for 45 minutes.  you just need a jumpstart whether that be extra water, fruits, or exercise.  it will be ok

But, DAMN does what you ate sound goo-oood!


You know what?  Don't feel bad.  I mean how often do you eat like that?  Obviously, not often or it wouldn't be just those seven pounds. 


Have fun tonight, eat without guilt, and then commit yourself tommorrow!  Egg white breakfast with whole wheat toast and fruit, some paltry salad or healthy turkey sandwich for lunch, and a reasonable dinner like fish with veggies and maybe brown rice.  Do that for awhile and the pounds will melt away.  


And hey, we all go through a little weight gain now and then so don't beat yourself up about it because soon enough you'll hit a skinny stage.
