Have you checked out a store like TJ Maxx? Ours always has some pretty nice big black bags/briefbags. Most are Liz Claiborne, Kenneth Cole, or Anne Kleine. But, the leather is nice without being hundreds of dollars.

That dooney bag is soo cute! Almost looks like a knockoff of the Ralph Lauren $2500 bags. I wouldn't be surprised if similar bags start popping up though. Have you seen it in person?

I haven't seen that particular one in person but I have seen other purses from that line. I like them.
