I really need to get back to posting here - I'm with you, NC - I do better if i'm accountable. I have to undo the damage I did in Vegas....

B: egg beaters with cheese, microwave bacon - 5 pts
S: WW choc cake - 1 pt
L: grilled chicken salad - 5 pts (maybe 6)


D: thin crust chicken garlic pizza

I'm doing better now that we have food in the house again - yesterday though my afternoon snack was a spoonfull of peanut butter!


B:  Puffed Kashi, coffee


S:  nothing


L:  Vegetarian wrap sandwich, brownie, diet soda


S:  Mango


D:  Going out to vietnamese place - will attempt to be good


E:  Will do my pilates w/ resistance bands, but dinner out means no gym

LAKEN1, HOW WAS VEGAS??


I have been having stomach troubles that are leading me to believe I have acid reflux. Great.


Bfast: NS, FF Vanilla Latte & fresh pineapple.


Snack: Crasins


Lunch: TBD


Snack: LF Kettle Corn


Dinner: TBD


Exercise:  My BF wants me to go car shopping with him, so it looks like I won't be able to fit it in. My gym needs to stay open later! Argh!

It was really fun and I think I drank more than I ate. Quite literally. But I bet we walked 30 miles! But I seriously needed grease when I got back so I haven't been doing so well with my eating...
