Agree. And the lock isn't the right shape either.

Although I haven't seen it IRL, this JCPenny one look a little better. Except I'm not sure about the white stitching (i.e. if it's on the Chloe bag too).

Yep target's version looks tacky and the pad lock is about as bis as the one on a diary.
