I've been looking for awhile for a pair, and these seem to fit what I want (lower heel, closed toe, black).

Exactly how low of a heel do you want? I just got these and the heel is 2 3/4" high.  They are really cute and as far as I can tell, comfortable.

I don't like the way the woven stuff goes up onto the toe. I like the ones jaymiek posted though.

That's funny you posted these, because I also just found them   However, in searching the internet, my size AND color are OOS

Anyone know what chain stores might carry Tommy Hilfiger shoes?

Shoes.com
I think they sell Tommy, and most Macy's do also.

I love the ones you picked. I think they look retro and not all trendy and obnoxious.

Came across these at Aldo:

I like the Aldo ones much better.  The cloth just comes up too far on the foot in the first pair you posted and I think it'll make your legs look shorter, especially when combined with the black ankle tie.  I think the Tommy Hilfiger, JCrew or Aldo ones are all much better options.

CarrieS, did you check shoebuy.com? I got them for $35 with first time customer discount and a code. I don't know what size you are, but they still have them in sizes 7-11.

I did check there, but I'm a 5-5.5 shoe, so those would be too big
