I have 2 of the first top! On me, they're about hip length; Very comfy and cute IRL. Also a nice soft semi-thin fabric and a banded bottom (I love these!)

The first is thin, you do have to wear a cami underneath since it is low cut.

I have both tops. They are both pretty long. Like Cortney said, the first one is meant for layering so you'd have to wear a cami underneath. The 2nd top is really cute irl. It's a nice, stretchy cotton that's not too thin. I'm 5'6" and it hits me at just a little bit below the hip.
