I'm torn. I love cargos but I don't really "get" dressing them up. I like the look but I probably wouldn't do it.

i would do it once in a while when i would go out at night. i would usually layer necklaces, or sometimes put a newsboy hat. i think it could be cute if you accessorize it correctly and wear it to the appropriate places.

another look that i've done similar is

(a long pink pearl necklace) and i may or may not add a hat.

(i have these shoes from three years ago, but the plastic part of mine are white with black letters)

I don't know, I think the look looks a little dated, like circa 1999-2002, imo. Maybe something to freshen the look, like peep toes and a cool belt cinched at the waist.
