I got it in a fatigue-y green color. I can't picture anything to pair it with. It doesn't look right as sleeveless or short sleeve, and I can't think of anything long-sleeve to wear it with. I'm very, very casual, so I'm just not sure if I should keep it and just save it for when I start my corporate job in September, or if I should return it, or if I could somehow work it into my jeans, t-shirt, and sweatshirt college wardrobe. Please help me! :)

Are you sure it doesn't look good with a cami?  That's what I would pair it with.  Maybe if it looks off, you could layer a blazer or jacket over it as part of a layered look.

Random outfit, mostly from urban outfitters. :P I love the sweater and think you should keep it.

I know tops like that look "off" on me because I have huge upper arms. I would wear it over some plain or printed long sleeve tees or even 3/4 length ones, jeans, and sneakers/boots/etc. That way it keeps the outfit interesting but you'd still be 100% comfortable and casual.
