Recreate these earrings for less?

Looking on ebay at earrings and came across these, which I love... but they are 100 dollars!  Ive never made jewelry, but these look like they would be really really cheap to make, anyone out there that could make these for me? Or know where i could find similar ones?

I make jewelry and the would be really easy to make, but I wouldn't know where to find the big chunk of coral branch. The tiny pieces I could get.

I thought it would be cheap to make..  Is there some way you could recreate something similiar.. even if you dont have the big branches? Im not sure how it would turn out?  And as far as the hoops you posted... able to get any thinner.. i like how the ones i posted have really really really thin hoops.

The hoops on the ones you posted look like approximately 22-gauge wires, not a premade component.
